Tumble Thistle, Gundelia tournefortii (Hebrew: ‘akuvit hagalgal). Like a tumbleweed, it breaks away from its root and rolls with the wind and scatters its many seeds. It is found in Isaiah 17:13, translated “rolling thing” (KJV), and some believe this refers to the Tumble Thistle.
