Transliteration Guide to The Life of Yeshua: A Suggested Reconstruction

LOY transliteration system.

This guide is intended to help readers understand the transliteration system we have employed in The Life of Yeshua: A Suggested Reconstruction. In our system we have attempted to strike a balance between academic and popular demands. The transliterations are provided for readers who are not familiar with Greek and Hebrew script who wish to follow the discussions in the commentary which are often focused on Greek and Hebrew vocabulary. We have also provided guidance for pronunciation of Greek and Hebrew letters as they were pronounced in the land of Israel in the first century C.E.
