Pieter M. Lechner is the Manager of UCLA's Visualization Portal (a 45-seat immersive virtual reality theater that provides an integrative point of entry into UCLA's research and instructional activities). He co-authored the classic computer reference works Beneath Apple DOS (1981) and Beneath Apple ProDOS (1984).
